Performance Profiling
A primary pillar of the PS+R system is establishing an individual’s unique performance profile. This profile is an excellent way to objectively organize your rehabilitation and training plan to better ensure performance goals are achieved and injury/pain occurrences are minimized.
Performance Physical Therapy
PS+R provides world class physical therapy services to individuals who sustain injury or need assistance with pre and post-operative care. Through our specialized testing battery, we can best identify limitations and subsequent strategies to optimize return-to-performance while mitigating future injury risk. These positive adaptations are facilitated through a combination of specialized manual therapies and exercise prescription. All physical therapy sessions are 1-on-1 for 60 minutes.

Players will be exposed to the processes that are commonly seen in professional soccer environments.

PS+R is here to support high school, college, and professional sporting staff on integrating physical data into their tactical game model. Coaches will immediately have a system to manage data and make actionable decisions that can support their teams ability to stay fit throughout the season.
