Licensed and Board Certified Athletic Trainer
Sarah is a Board Certified Athletic Trainer who specializes in athletic injury management, biomechanical assessment, and pelvic health. Originally from Wisconsin, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Wisconsin Lutheran College before completing her Master of Science in Athletic Training at the University of South Florida.
Sarah brings extensive experience across NCAA Division I football, Division II men’s lacrosse and women’s soccer, and active adults. She directs complex post-operative care, rehabilitation, and return-to-sport protocols, utilizing advanced technology and performance profiling to monitor recovery, mitigate re-injury risk, and optimize outcomes for elite athletes. Certified in Gait Analysis, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Dry Needling, she is also deeply passionate about providing specialized pelvic floor rehabilitation for women across all stages of life.
Outside of the clinic and off the field, Sarah stays active by mountain biking, running, and playing pickleball, though most of all, she loves spending quality time with her husband, Josh, and their son.
